Is getting closer. Route planning with Bobby Simmons.
Help for Heroes and Walking with the Wounded have supported me for years and I want that level of support to be available to other veterans in the future.
Last year I walked 18 miles home over 9 hours and raised £690 because I want the help I received to be available to others. This year I’m challenging myself to walk 100 miles across the Welsh Beacons from Abergavenny where I’m working, to Ceredigion where I live, including a trip up Pen Y Fan. It won’t be easy, and I want you to challenge yourself too.
Matt, I don't think we've ever met but that's an impressive route you are planning and trumps my planned walk home from my workplace in Weston-super-Mare to my home up the Wye Valley - only about 50 miles of fairly flat terrain for me compared to your 100 mile beast - respect! So here's something to add to your total raised.
