Military Walks to Rally Your Regiment

Get your Regiment involved and check out some of what our current and former servicemen and women are up to this Christmas:
PARACHUTE REGIMENT: Jamie, who served in the TA's in the Parachute Regiment, will be walking the length of the Circle Line in London carrying a 70lb bergen. A total of 17 miles.
ROYAL ENGINEERS: On Sunday 22nd Dec. Ex-Royal Engineers serviceman, Simon Bell, and his team will be walking 10.5 miles across the Peak District from Wetton Mill to their home Town of Leek in Staffordshire.
HOUSEHOLD CAVALRY REGIMENT: Currently serving in the Household Cavalry Regiment, Craig will be walking a mile with 450 friends, family, colleagues and supporters.
DAVE OWEN: Dave, who took part last year, challenged himself again his year, walking 26 miles carrying a 90lb bergen on 9th Nov. He smashed his 9 hour record from last year, completing his walk in 7 hrs 44 mins.
DUKIES: On Sun 1st Dec. the Duke of York's Royal Military School are "walking a mile for Christmas" - every student will walk four laps of our athletics track, to help raise runds.
RHQ ROYAL YEOMANRY: This team will be walking from their regiment in Fulham to HQ in Milton Keynes over 3 days!.
EDINBURGH AND LOTHIANS VETS: On Sun 15th Dec. Stuart and his team will be walking from Edinburgh Castle to Musselburgh Harbour and back.

A team of our staff and local supporters will be walking from Canada Street in Manchester to The Cenotaph in St Peter’s Square on 8th December to raise funds for those who served.

Major (Retired) Sally Orange MBE, a distinguished Veteran, multiple World Record Holder and Armed Forces Champion, has been proudly unveiled as the Ambassador for Walking With The Wounded's (WWTW) Walking Home For Christmas campaign.
Now entering its 10th year, "Walking Home For Christmas" stands as Walking With The Wounded's annual festive fundraising initiative. Over the past decade, this campaign has collectively raised nearly 2 million to bolster veterans and their families through programs encompassing mental health support, employment opportunities, and care coordination services.
